
Your ticket price allows your evening to begin with a mixed green salad and our fresh baked bread. You may then choose from seven "featured" entree choices all served with red potatoes and our vegetable of the day to be served to your table by one of the stars of our show! For an additional charge you may want to enjoy dessert at Intermission, or perhaps start your evening off with one of our scrumptious appetizers.

Shrimp Cocktail (Small $6.50; Large $8.50) ~ Tempt your palate with our jumbo gulf shrimp, served with a piquant cocktail sauce. Chicken Bites (Small $5.50, Large $7.50) ~ Tender bite sized chicken breast, breaded and topped with a rich blend of artichoke and parmesan cheese. Spinach and Artichoke Dip ($7.50) ~ A creamy medley of spinach and artichoke hearts served with toasted baguettes, carrot and celery sticks.
Features
Beef Stroganoff ~ Tender strips of Prime Rib in a delectable sherry and sour cream sauce. Served over steamed egg noodles. The Wedge ~ A bold flavorful accompaniment adorns this iceberg wedge. Blue cheese, bacon, candied walnuts and dried cranberries. Served with crispy onions, tomatoes and ranch dressing. Chicken Cordon Bleu ~ Our patrons' favorite entree! A boneless breast of chicken filled with ham and creamy Swiss cheese. Topped with white wine sauce. Tortilla Crusted Tilapia ~ A tri-colored tortilla crusted tilapia filet, baked to perfection and topped with a key lime tequila sauce. Eggplant Stack ~ Slices of grilled eggplant stacked between layers of sauteed vegetables in a tangy marinara sauce and seasoned tofu. This dish is sure to be a favorite amongst vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters, too.
Extra Added Attractions Prime Rib au jus ($8.00 surcharge) ~ A boneless ribeye, cooked rare, medium rare or medium. Served with new baby potatoes. Beef Wellington ($7.00 surcharge) ~ A perfect blend of Beef, Mushrooms and Onions wrapped in puff pastry and baked to a golden brown. Quantities are limited! Salmon Fillet ($6.00 surcharge) ~ Delicious red salmon from Alaska. Served with a delightful dill and caper sauce.

Chocolate Mousse Pie ($5.50) ~ A chocolate lover’s delight! Rich chocolate in a graham cracker crust smothered with whipped cream. Cheesecake ($5.50) ~ A dessert for all occasions. A beautiful New York Style cheesecake. Served with or without sliced strawberries. Mud Pie for 2 ($7.50) ~ A bonanza of mocha ice cream sinfully layered with chocolate fudge and almonds in a chocolate crust and topped with whipped cream. Key Lime Pie ($5.50) ~ National Champion! American Pie Council 1998. Key lime pie in a graham cracker crust topped with whipped cream. Dreyers Grand Ice Cream ($5.50) ~ The ultimate in fine ice cream. Ask your waitperson for flavor selection. (No sugar added and fat free ice cream with Nutra-Sweet also available.) One Scoop ($3.00) Big Apple Pie ($6.00) ~ Mounds and mounds of tart, fresh, crisp organic apples, saucy and cinnamon apple cider and loaded with crunchy granola’d crumbs.
